Ingredients:

Raw Rice (Seeraga chamba variety) 200 gm
Moong dal 1 tbsp
Cow ghee 2 tsp to saute the raw Rice and Moong dal.
Water 400 ml

ORANGE SPONGE CAKE







How to make super tasty and spongy Orange cake with bursting flavours?

Here is how:

Ingredients:

Oranges Juice 85 ml extracted from 2 Orange fruits 
Orange zest 1/2 tsp
Eggs 3 pcs
All purpose flour 250 gm
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Powdered Salt 1/4 tsp
Icing Sugar 125 gm
Unsalted Cow butter @room temperature 100 gm
Coldpressed Sunflower Oil 30 ml
