FRUIT JAM CAKE

Try out this yummy twist cake using Home made Apple jam. 

I am sharing this super soft jam cake with easy steps.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour 300 gms/1.5 cup

Brown Sugar 250 gm

Natural bourbon Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp

Eggs 3 pcs

Baking powder 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp. I use table lemon juice here.

Home made Apple jam 1.5 cup

Cold pressed Sunflower oil 100 ml

Raw cow milk 100 ml

Grated Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

Nutmeg powder, grated 1/2 tsp

Dry ginger powder, grated 1/2 tsp

Ghee 1 tsp to grease the pan
