REAL MANGO FRUIT POPSICLES/MANGO ICE CANDY



It the right time to cool your kids who are being kept in home during lock down times. They will enjoy these Rich MANGO POPSICLES or MANGO BARS to beat the scorching Summer.




How to make REAL MANGO FRUIT ICE POPSICLES?

This is made up with only three ingredients 

Home made ice pops are much more better than
store-bought ones. 

Super easy to make.

No cooking at all.

Real organic Mango fruits are used.

Now we go to the recipe...

Ingredients:

1. Premium Alphonsa Mango Fruits or
Salem Gundu mangoes  fully ripen 2 pcs

2. Sugar 2 tbsp

3. Water 10 ml


Procedure:

Rinse the mangoes well.
Cut the mangoes and Scoop out the pulp.



Beautiful Mango flesh!







Weigh the Mango pulp. 250 gm pulp makes 3-4 popsicles. If you need more pops, you can use multiple of quantity accordingly.

Transfer the Mango meat to the mixer jar.

Add water 10 ml.



Add Sugar.
Cover with appropriate tight lid.



Blend until smooth consistency 



Pour into the popsicle moulds upto the brim level.



Close with its lid


Freeze for 6-8 hours.


Take out



Dip into normal water for 2 seconds so that it is easy to unmould.

LOCK DOWN SPECIAL SNACK/ONION MURUKKU BITES


This murukku bites are totally addictive with unique onion flavour.
Perfect choice for all festive seasons.
It is super easy to make.
Incredible taste, you wanna eat more and more with Tea or Coffee.


This murukku version is made from the amalgamation of Raw Rice, Fried gram flour, Salt, dry red Chillies, Asafoetida, Ajwain seeds, shallots.


The most delicious and crispy murukku makes you more satisfied  and completed satiety of your Tea time.


Shallots are one of the strong immune booster hence the addition of shallots is the smart trick to get your kids introduce to these crispy delight bites.

Now onto the recipe:

Ingredients:

Raw Rice flour, Store-bought bought 1.5 cup
Roasted or fried gram flour 1 cup
Shallots 20 pcs
Dried red chillies 4 pcs + water to soak 20 ml
Asafoetida 2 pinches 
Salt 3/4 tsp
Ajwain seeds 1 tsp
Hot oil one small laddle 
Cold pressed Groundnut oil 450 ml

Procedure:

Clean the roasted gram and grind to a fine powder.
No need to sieve, if it is ground thoroughly.





In a dry mixing bowl, add Raw Rice flour.
Add roasted gram flour, Salt, Asafoetida and Ajwain seeds and mix well to combine evenly.














































Peel the shallots.
Soak red chillies in water for 10 minutes.
Grind shallots and soaked red chillies along with 50 ml at high speed until smooth paste.
Dilute the paste with 100 ml water.
Transfer the onion contents.
Knead the dough well.
Add water little by little and knead until soft non stick dough.
Heat the Groundnut oil on medium heat.
Once it gets deep fry temperature, take one small laddle hot oil and pour over the dough.
Simmer the Heat level.
knead again to combine.
Grease the murukku press with little oil.
Use any disc you like, I am using star disc here.
Fill the press with a portion of the dough.
Now increase the heat to medium level. 
Squeeze the dough as  spiral shape roughly into the hot oil carefully.
Flip over to get uniform fry both sides.
Once oil bubbles subside, drain the oil and collect them murukku on a tissue paper.
Repeat the same process for the remaining dough.
you will get around 6 batches like this.
Let them cool down.
Break the murukku into bites 

Ready to enjoy.
