Pickles/Thokkus are integral condiments of our daily meal. They are enjoyed  with grand feast and give an essential touch to the simplest meals.

Here I give you one more spicy and flavourful side that is Green Chillies pickle, you never forget the taste of it.

This can be made in just 8 minutes. You can call it as Instant Green Chillies pickle.

Believe it or not,  this incredible Green Chilly pickle requires only 8 minutes of your time.
I am sure that it will be your next side to any meal you made.

How to make?


Baby Green Chillies 250 gm
Tamarind Gooseberry size to be soaked in water
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
curry leaves 15 pcs
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder 3/4 tsp
Small tomato 1 pc
Asafoetida 2 pinches
Cold pressed Gingelly oil 50 ml
Dry roasted Mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds 3/4 tsp
Himalayan pink rock salt 3/4 tsp
Jaggery  powder 1.5 tsp
Dry roasted white sesame seeds 2 tbsp 

Step by step Procedure:

This is purely  the South indian method of cooking especially in our traditional cuisine.

For those who eat boring meals, this green chilly pickle will add extra kick of tanginess and spiciness.
